Bacterial starter "For brined cheeses VIVO” is intended for cooking soft brined cheeses, such as Feta and Brynza at home. One sachet contains an enzyme and bacterial cultures for these cheeses.
Using this starter, you can cook other brined cheeses, if you follow the original technology for their cooking.
For this, add 2-3 tablespoons of an end product to a litre of milk.
Ripen as usual.
Re-culture no more than two times.
