Re-fermentation

All VIVO starters, except Bifikid, can be re-fermented. The idea of the method is that, instead of a new sachet, the previously prepared fermented milk product is used for preparation, in the proportion of 3 tablespoons per 1 liter of milk.
The product is suitable for re-fermentation for 5 days.

It is very important that the product intended for re-fermentation does not contain foreign bacteria.

If you use a yogurt maker, you can leave one jar of the appliance empty and use it for the second fermentation.

If cooking in a pot or jar, immediately after preparing the product, set aside a portion of the product in a separate container, previously rinsed with boiling water.

CHOOSING THE MILK
The taste and consistency of the finished product depend directly on the quality of the milk used. We recommend using only high-quality milk and following our recommendations during product preparation.
